1. At this time, we are currently only shipping to billing addresses. If you are a return customer, and need to ship to another address, please e-mail us and we will make arrangements.
2. No mobile phone numbers for contact telephone numbers, land line phone numbers registered to billing address only.
3. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk.
4. Evo400 holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products.
5. Currently Evo400 does not offer any warranty or guarantee on any of the products sold.
6. All items listed here on the web site are supplied 'as is' and do not carry any guarantee.
7. Please note that the fitment of these parts to you vehicle may invalidate its warranty.
8. Evo400 accepts no liability for damage to your vehicle caused by any of these parts.
9. The total order value will carry an additional 2.7% charge if a credit card is used for payment.
10. Some of the parts listed on the web site may be for show use only and not for use on the public road.
11. Evo400 will not be held responsible when products intended for off-road use are used on the public road.
12. If you are in any doubt as to use, please ask before ordering. Your statutory rights are not affected by any Evo400 disclaimers.
13. Items that carry a manufacturer's warranty are still covered by their warranty.
